Chip Eng Seng’s track record includes Kopar At Newton, Parc Komo, Parc Colonial and Grandeur Park Residences etc.

SingHaiyi is a well-established property developer in Singapore with solid track record in residential and commercial development in Singapore and overseas. The group also holds a diversified portfolio of assets in retail and commercial sectors. SingHaiyi was officially privatized on 31 January 2022. Singhaiyi was awarded the winner of SPBA Established Brands in 2020/21.  SingHaiyi most recent acquisition is a Dunman Road GLS site for $1.284 bil.
